St. Anthony's Prayer Shawl Ministry was formed as a result of the love
of knitting/crocheting and compassion for others. It's members gather once a month in friendship and prayer to knit or
crochet shawls. The work in progress is taken home where the labour of love continues. Upon completion, the shawls are blessed
and are offered as gifts to those in need of comfort, encouragement or sympathy. They are also given to celebrate joyous occasions.
New members are most welcome! If you do not know how to knit, we will gladly teach you.
