"Touched by Cancer" Mass:
Every third Friday of the month at 7:00 PM. Virtually everyone's life has been affected in some way by cancer. Come, pray
with us and receive the Sacrament of Anointing. March's "Touched
by Cancer" Mass is Friday, March 19th at 7:00 PM
Seniors Taxi Service: If you or someone you know is having trouble
finding transportation for Mass, call Loyal Taxi
(455-6789). This free service is provided to help Seniors attend parish functions. Offertory Envelopes or Automatic Debit:

Home Visits: A group has
been formed to make home visits. We would like more volunteers. If you have an hour or so to give, please contact Anita (472-7575)

Club: This club recognizes parishioners and friends who have celebrated their 90th birthday!
Please contact Irene (444-6010) so that we many include you, a relative or a friend to this unique circle of parishioners.
Tuesday Morning Scripture Study Program:
"In Memory of Me", a 19 unit Scripture study programme, is being offered in the Rectory from 10:00 AM until 11:00
AM each Tuesday. For more information, contact Irene at 444-6010 Lenten Penance Service - Sunday afternoon, March 14th at 2:00 pm in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Oromocto.
Adult Faith Formation: An Invitation - You are invited to join us for "Our Father:
Conversations on the Catholic Faith". This is an 8 week programme of presentations and discussion on aspects of our Catholic
Faith. Presenter - Fr. John Jennings. Join us for this opportunity for adult enrichment and growth. Tuesday evenings beginning
January 19th at 7:00 PM at St. Theresa's Church Hall. Approximately 60
participants have taken part to date! Sacrament of Confirmation - Candidates are asked to please call the Parish Office (444-6010) with their name and phone number.
Confirmation will take place on May 7th, 2010 at 7:00 PM at St. Anthony's Parish with Bishop Harris officiating. The first
of five sessions will begin on Sunday evening, March 21st beginning at 7:00 pm.
New Horizons for Seniors - This programme, entitled "Baby Boomers: Health and Spirituality" begins on
Monday, March 15th and runs through every Monday until Monday, May 31st. Sessions begin with free lunch at noon followed by
a presentation. Presentation on Monday, March 15th is "Nutrition" with speaker Margaret Langille. All Seniors are
welcome. Free taxi service is provided. For more information, phone Vicky Knight, our parish nurse at 444-6398. This programme, created for
seniors offers yoga and nutrition and has an educational component that focuses on faith, spirituality, health, leadership,
healing, etc. The aim is to improve senior's quality of life and provide participants with physical, mental and spiritual
well-being.
St. Patrick's Day Luncheon - At St. Vincent de Paul's Family Center, Oromocto on March 12th from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Baked ham,
scallop potatoes, vegetables, dessert, tea and coffee will be served. Cost is $7.00. Please come and join us.
Lincoln Community Breakfast held monthly
- Saturday morning, March 13th at St Francis of Assisi Hall (8:00 - 10:30 am) This month's sponsor is Hon. Greg Byrne,
MLA Fredericton Lincoln. Adults $5.00, Children $2.50 and takeouts $5.00 each. Donations to the Lincoln Rec. Council will
be accepted this month.
St. Patrick's Parish Supper in Stanley
- Saturday, March 13th from 4-6 pm. (Storm date March 14th) Buffet supper - Turkey Pie, meat Balls, Special rice, Lasagna,
Baked beans, Ham, Potato Scallop, fresh from the oven Rolls and Brown Bread, Many pies. Adults $10.00, Students under 12 $5.00,
and Pre-school $1.00
Spring fever at Kingsclear - Saturday March 13th. Start your Spring early with a good-bye to winter event. Come
and join us for a night of food and fun. Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Kingsclear Training Centre, Chapel Street, Kingsclear.
Tickets are $5.00 per person and will be sold at the door. Chili, rolls, dessert, tea and coffee will be served. Entertainment,
door prizes, and Chinese auction included. Everyone welcome. For more information call Marlena (363-2983). All proceeds in
support of Saint Anne's Church Building Fund.
St. Patrick's Brunch at KOC - Sunday, March 14th from 10 am - 1 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall,
170 Regent Street. Meal includes ham & eggs, soda bread or toast, beans, juice, tea or coffee and something green for
dessert. Cost is $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for children or $20.00 per family. Proceeds will be used to support the rebuilding
of churches in Haiti. Everyone welcome.
Retreat for Young People - A one-day Ignatian Lenten retreat on Saturday,
March 20th, entitled "Downloading the Divine". It begins at 10:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. It will be held
at the Forest Hills Building,m STU Campus, 368 Forest Hill Road. For more information,

Search and Rescue Annual Sugarbush
Breakfast - (A "welcome-to-spring" tradition!) York Sunbury Search and Rescue will be holding its
annual Pancake Breakfast fundraising at Kings Landing on March 20th & 21st and 27th & 28th. Breakfast inclues pancakes,
maple syrup, sausage, bacon, baked beans, toast & beverage. Adults $8.75, Children $5.50.
National Catholic Mission 2010
- Entitled "A God for all Seasons" will be televised on Vision TV in two parts. Monday, March 29th ( Part 1) at
10:00 pm and Tuesday, March 30th (Part 2) at 10:00 pm.
Trio Concert at
St. Dunstan's - On Sunday, March
14th at 3:00 pm. Dianne Roxborough-Brown (flute & piano) with Emmanuelle Bouffard (cello) and Krystyna Higgins (piano).
A free will offering will be accepted.
Annual Hawaiian Luau- At St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Lincoln, on March 27th beginning at
7:00 pm. Come as you are or dress for the occasion. Hot and cold finger foods will be served throughout the evening. Live
Auction as well as Silent Auction of home made decorated cakes. Advance ticket holders can view the auction items on March
26th from 7-9 pm. Tickets are $10.00 each from the parishioners or from 446-6979 or 454-5427
